If your MixAmp Pro TR update failed and your MixAmp is in bootloader mode, indicated by the power button’s LEDs flashing red, then first close the ASTRO Command Center and disconnect the MixAmp from your computer. - Connect the MixAmp directly to one of your computer’s USB ports. Using a USB hub or secondary monitor to connect the MixAmp with your computer can interfere with firmware updates. - Make sure that the MixAmp is in PC mode. Byond Update 512Don't know who I'm replying too, only just signed up which was the most infuriating thing, made me rage quit and throw my headset across the room. Can you please make the verification not so literal, ASTRO staff members and can you not change the question half way through the sign up as well. I was already getting annoyed with the firmware and the fact that nothing in this thread helps since I tried it all and manage to fix it another way. Although I never actually got mad and 'threw my headset' or any course of action in anger towards wasting 5 hours of my life trying to fix the firmware, it was actually the sign up that tipped me over and made me act in an anger manner. I had to spend 30 minutes with the new family member, our puppy Lil Max too make me feel happy again. ((TLDR) about my rant and problems) Anyway if none of what's been said in the thread works for windows 10 users, open up your search tool in the start bar. Then continue to type programs and features, look for the ASTRO command centre program, click on it and look for a word 'repair', I don't know what it did, it shouldn't of worked in theory but it did and it instantly showed the correct firmware.
